I am Frank Heidrich, a patent attorney with a background in electrical engineering and a Master's in Leadership for Change. This combination shapes my work: technical understanding, legal expertise, and a perspective on people and organizations.

In 25 years of professional experience in the patent field, I have learned that processes and tools only work when they fit the people who are supposed to use them. That's why my consulting starts with the people involved.

As the main contact for numerous clients, I have supported companies of all sizes – from university spin-offs to international corporations.

For 20 years, I was part of the management team at a large German patent law firm, where I learned to deal with different interests, motivations, and personalities – and, of course, to take an entrepreneurial perspective. My areas of responsibility included, among others, digitalization and quality management.
